CoveGrid Paper Station

A Place for the Small Papers That Matter

CoveGrid gives loose notes, envelopes, and everyday correspondence a more deliberate home. Its rising pockets keep different groups of paper apart, while curved side walls and a warm ivory appearance soften the outline. The open arrangement makes it easy to see what is waiting for your attention.

A Simple, Stepped Layout

• Three full-width paper pockets rise toward the back.
• A lower front pocket presents short notes and cards.
• Taller rear sections accommodate a different grouping of papers.
• Rounded fronts and curved sides form a plain, cohesive exterior.

Arrange by Task or Paper Type

Keep frequently used note cards at the front, place envelopes in the middle, and group current documents toward the back. You can also assign each pocket a task instead of a paper type. Leave the upper edges visible so that each group remains easy to distinguish.

Product Questions

Are the pockets divided into smaller boxes?
The visible design uses full-width horizontal pockets, rather than a grid of small cubbies.

Is this an enclosed filing box?
No. CoveGrid is an open desktop paper station for keeping active paperwork in view.

How should I position it?
Use a level desktop with the low front edge facing you, keeping space above the pockets to lift papers out.
