WARRANTY POLICY

Viralloe provides a 2-Year Limited Warranty for eligible products purchased directly from our store, subject to the terms below.

1. Warranty Period

The warranty begins on the date the eligible product is delivered and continues for two years.

Proof of purchase may be required.

2. Covered Issues

The warranty is intended to cover qualifying defects in materials or workmanship occurring under normal household use.

Products must be used and maintained in accordance with applicable instructions.

3. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty generally does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic changes resulting from ordinary use

  • Misuse

  • Accidental damage

  • Improper cleaning

  • Improper storage

  • Unauthorized alterations

  • Use outside the intended purpose

  • Damage caused by failure to follow instructions

  • Loss or theft

  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers unless otherwise confirmed by Viralloe

These exclusions do not affect statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

4. Warranty Claims

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Description of the problem

  • Clear photographs or videos where reasonably possible

  • Additional information requested for assessment

5. Claim Review

We may review order records, photographs, videos, product condition, and other relevant information before determining warranty eligibility.

6. Available Solutions

For confirmed warranty issues, possible remedies may include:

  • Replacement parts

  • Product replacement

  • Repair where practical

  • Refund where appropriate

Customers will not be charged for a remedy required to resolve a confirmed warranty defect.

7. Consumer Rights

This warranty provides additional contractual protection and does not replace statutory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
